Thank you for the response. I agree - T & M is probably the only fair way to go for both of us. The repair of the TP holder and install of the x-ray apron holders are probably the only things that can be done for now (until the remodel of the one room is complete). When the new apron holders are installed, I will need to have the holes from the existing one repaired - they are on walls with wallcovering. Any ideas?
As for the design of the closet, we can meet about that when the job is complete - I'm still not sure about shelving, etc.
The remodel is coming along well - Mike and his guys are doing a nice job, and are very friendly and professional. Thanks!

I just wanted to drop you a note to comment on how refreshing it is to do business with your company. Since moving to our home here at Lake Lotawana we have had you do several major projects. Our relationship started with the addition of the sunroom, and then followed by new deck, roof replacement, total kitchen remodel, new driveway and most recently the installation of the gutter guard system. Being a handyman myself I expect a quality job. I think the thing I appreciate most in working with The Remodeling Center is confidence that the work will be done to my satisfaction. If ever I had questions or wanted something changed, you made it happen without hesitation. Being a small business owner myself I understand the importance of meeting customer requirements. Mr. Farley, I wanted to take a minute and thank you for your help on my home project. I know as a business owner we don’t hear the “good jobs,” only the concerns. The work was great and the finished product was right on time. In today’s world people seem to want immediate gratification. The response time on phone calls was always the same day if not sooner and I appreciated that. My first house that we had built was full of horror stories. Lack of communication was the biggest. The second was a lack of quality subcontractors. Your company always kept me in the loop and the subs were always professional. Believe me when I say that I will recommend your company to all my friends and business associates.
